Here's a pic of the turkey. Yes, it looks a little funny... we cooked it in a roasting bag, but cooked it upside down to get it nice and juicy. It was a great turkey and we had/have TONS of leftovers. Joe quickly got to work stripping the turkey and then threw it in a pot to make turkey soup. (which EVERYONE liked! Good job, honey!)

Even though we were a small group this year, it was really nice having Grandma with us. It's the first Thanksgiving that I have not been home with my family. We survived, but missed everyone. Next year we'll be in Augusta at Thanksgiving, and maybe we'll have a few extra visitors... (hint, hint!)
