Happy 4th of July!

The 4th of July was beautiful here. We stayed home and had some friends over this year. Usually we venture out, but between the warm weather and being pregnant, staying home was the best option. Our friends have a big blow up water slide and they brought it over for everyone to enjoy. It was a blast for the kids. Even Joe and Dave got up and played a little bit.








Everyone needed a break after a while. (notice Caroline is cuddling with everyone elses younger siblings, not her own.... hee hee hee)



A couple days ago we celebrated Aunt Katie's birthday. Caroline and Katie made a chocolate-chocolate cake with TONS of frosting. Caroline had to help blow out the candles.



Nicholas takes after his Papa, never too much chocolate!



Caroline loves to play in Nana and Papa's swing. She's wearing it out so they just might have to go back to Mexico to get another one.
