Caroline's Big Day

Yesterday Caroline had her tonsils out. Mom forgot the camera... oops! We took some pictures on Joe's cell phone but I can't figure out how to get them on my computer... The night before her surgery we read some books and talked about what she was doing the next day. She got to have a little bit of ice cream before she went to bed.




We got up at 5:30 yesterday morning and had to be at the hospital by 6:30. She was really calm the whole morning. She got to put on some special hospital pj's and go play in a playroom while she waited. There were some little tyke ride-in cars and she took them out and went up and down the hall way. Her sutgery was nice and short but it took her a while to recover before we were able to come home. Last night she slept really well and today she just wants to play. Hopefully her recovery will go smoothly and if we can get her to drink some water all will be good.....
