Here are some pictures of the last week... we had some amazing weather and have really enjoyed playing outside. Caroline helped my mom and I in the garden. You'll see some pictures of her and she is wearing her "gloves"... She has some garden gloves at my mom's but not at home (until a few days ago) and so while we were out weeding she said she had to go get her "gloves"... and she did... only they were her winter mittens! Oh well, they work in the dirt just as well as anything else :)
Joe has been busy in the yard too. He rented a rotatiller the other day and dug up my soon to be vegetable garden. I know that I need to get some seeds in the ground soon. We also just bought a white picket fence to put up on the side and back of the house to keep the kids contained. It will be a project to put it in, but we're excited to have a safe place for the kids to play. Nicholas loves playing in the grass already. It didn't take him long to figure out how to pull it out either and put the the grass in his mouth.. oh boys!
Nicholas has become quite the little climber lately too... He has figured out how to get into his little chairs and this morning I caught him standing on one of Caroline's little red chairs we have in the kitchen and trying to make it rock. I would have taken pictures but I'm sure I would have gotten sent off to CPS if he had fallen, so I didn't... :) But he did figure out how to get himself in a frying pan and then in to the dishwasher... silly, silly, silly...
